Thirteen Mother-in-Law-isms
This weeks Thursday Thirteen is also my turn in the Volleyblog game between Paige and I.

My list is of thirteen things my loverly mother-in-law has said to me (or in some cases B-rad, or both of us)

1 - You know, you could invite us for supper sometime.

2 - Why don't you put: "Please Bring your own Lawnchairs on the invitations" (When sorting out the outside wedding details before B-rad and i got married...needless to say, we did not put that on the invitations)

3 - I'm sure I don't need to remind you that you don't ever visit us, do I?

4 - You can call ME sometime just to talk if you wanted to.

5 - Well, the H---- men love Big Boobs. It's a fact. (Followed by every sister in law checking out each others rack and bursting into a fit of giggles...it's true)

6 - Maybe you could come to church too, before you come for lunch (uhm...)

7 - SHIT! (this shocked us all, including her... B-rad and i brought over Guitar Hero last time we were there. We taught her how to play, she liked it, but got a little frustrated....obviously.)

8 - You're putting on a little weight, don't you think? (GASP!?? Waahhhhh)

9 - Laura's my daughter now, i'm allowed to say those things to her (in response to B-rad telling her that #8 hurt my feelings)

10 - Nobody cares what you look like! just stop feeling that way (in response to me telling her i have nothing against hottubs, it's bathing suits i don't like...B-rad is also guilty of this kind of thing sometimes; when i'm worrying about something and he says just stop worrying about it...uh...okay....)

11 - You're so busy all the time, can you make some time for us?

12 - How's my girl? (every time B-rad and i would come home from Cowtown she'd hug me, kiss me, and ask that.)

13 - I love you (i love you too!)
